We are a team of frequent travelers with the goal to simplify and speed up flight search. Our mission is to share our knowledge in flight booking to help you save both money and time. If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us.

1. General

1.1 The following general terms and conditions apply to the use of the website bookmyfd.com (hereinafter also "we"/"us"), operated by CHP Services GmbH.

1.2 We reserve the right to change the conditions for the future at any time.

1.3 "User" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any visitor who avails themselves of our offered services. The terms of use that are accessible online at the time of the user's specific visit or specific use of services on this website shall apply. By using the websites and/or availing services, the user declares their complete agreement to these General Terms of Use.

2. Services

2.1 In the course of our activities, we act solely as an intermediary for transportation, accommodation, and related services (flight bookings, package holidays, hotel bookings, car rentals, etc.). We are not a tour operator. In the event of a booking, the contract is concluded exclusively between the user and the respective tour operator or provider (depending on the product, tour operator, airline, hotel operator, car rental).

2.2 We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the requested travel data, information, and prices. They are therefore non-binding indications of possible offers from third-party companies to which redirection occurs and not legally binding offers.

2.3 The displayed prices are gross prices including value-added tax. The amount and availability of prices can change at any time. Price changes by providers may be technically delayed in our system. There is no legal claim to the displayed prices. The percentage figures of deal prices on the homepage are calculated based on the percentage deviation from the average of the cheapest prices for the flight connection in the last 30 days.

2.4 Our contractual obligation is limited to the mediation of the offered and bookable services. The execution of the booked trip itself is not part of our contractual obligations.

2.5 We receive commission payments from some airlines and travel agencies for successful mediation. The user agrees to this. Airlines and travel agencies from which we do not receive commission payments are explicitly not excluded from the price comparison or are displayed secondarily in the search results. BookMyFD thereby enables a neutral price comparison. Only airlines and travel agencies that cannot provide us with their prices are not considered on BookMyFD.

2.6 We expressly distance ourselves as a precaution from the content and design of the provider pages to which links from SkyExplorer lead. The user is obligated to check relevant information for accuracy and conformity with the travel data provided on BookMyFD before entering into a contract with the respective provider. This applies in particular to information about the currently valid price. We are not liable for conformity with the data on BookMyFD.

2.7 We reserve the right to change or terminate agreements for commission models with partners within the Bookmyfd Affiliate Program with a notice period of 4 weeks and prior announcement.

3. User Obligations

3.1 The services may only be used for private purposes. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.

3.2 The user undertakes not to violate applicable law when using the websites. The user also undertakes to refrain from any activities that could endanger the performance and availability of the services.

4. Right of Use

4.1 All content or identifiers (trademarks, company names, logos) made accessible on our websites are potentially protected by copyright, trademark, and/or competition law. You are granted the right to generate individual search result lists within the scope of normal use based on the data provided by you.

4.2 Any use beyond this constitutes misuse and will be pursued by us civilly and, if necessary, criminally. Misuse includes, in particular:

  1. the automated querying of the website using software or scripts
  2. copying the content of the websites, especially the hit lists (individually or in their entirety), and making them accessible on other websites or in other media
  3. the exploitation of the provided data, code, or content of the page
  4. commercial use of the services
  5. editing/modifying the website
  6. excessive use that impairs, endangers, overloads, or damages the security or our systems or technology in general

5. External Content

5.1 BookMyFD will create links to other websites or content outside our website (search results). Such contents made accessible via links are "external information" within the meaning of § 11 Telemedia Act (TMG). We do not endorse these and exclude any liability in this regard as outlined in Section 8.

5.2 According to § 8 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor the information transmitted or stored by us or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

6. Accessibility

We strive to ensure constant accessibility to our website. However, it is not excluded that, for technical reasons or for maintenance purposes, the website and its contents may be temporarily inaccessible with or without prior notice. The user has no entitlement to uninterrupted accessibility of the website. We are entitled to change the content on the website at any time without notice or to cease operation of the website.

7. House Rules

In the event of a violation of any of these provisions, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures to temporarily or permanently exclude individuals or IP addresses from using this service.

8. Liability

8.1 We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the search results from the BookMyFD search service or other proprietary or third-party information. No guarantee is provided for the accuracy of the transmitted data. It is explicitly stated that when making an actual booking on the website of the respective provider, the information should be verified for accuracy.

8.2 Despite our continuous efforts to offer the service technically flawless and error-free, the user has no entitlement to this. Furthermore, we assume no liability for technically induced transmission delays, interruptions, errors, service failures, and the resulting consequences for the user, such as data loss.

8.3 The provision of the service is subject to the rules of donation/loan in accordance with §§ 516ff., 598ff. BGB. Accordingly, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

8.4 Claims due to culpable causing of damage to life, body, or health, as well as under the Product Liability Act, remain unaffected.

8.5 We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the provided data within the BookMyFD Affiliate Program. Furthermore, we are not liable for technical errors, failures, or disruptions towards partners within the BookMyFD Affiliate Program.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies to all legal disputes. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Aschaffenburg.
